Your task:
In demanding consulting projects, you will cooperate closely with your colleagues to build up modern solutions for the planning and management of complex value-adding chains for our customers:
- Analysis of existing business processes as well as the methods and IT tools used
- Strategy development
- Designing of target processes and specification of IT requirements
- Implementation in close cooperation with the employees of our customers and using modern change methods
Your profile:
- An open and communicative personality with team spirit and strong moderation skills
- Successfully completed technical or economic higher education
- Several years of experience in consulting for industrial companies and in (sub-) project management
- Practical knowledge in the field of supply chain management, integrated planning / S&OP, production planning and control, business process optimization
- Fluent German and very good English skills

In order to strengthen our team for an exciting project with a large commercial vehicle manufacturer, we are currently looking for a motivated (junior) consultant (m/f/d) for the Munich location.
Your task:
In the current project for a large commercial vehicle manufacturer, you will work closely with your six colleagues in product management consulting.
- Requirements management: analysis, definition and coordination of requirements, specifications and functional specifications, user stories, use cases
- Systematic product development and systems engineering: Recording, describing, synchronizing and implementing processes for the development of complex technical systems
- Product cost optimization: determination of potential for cost optimization, project management, ongoing reporting
- Interfaces: to the engineers, product development and sales, development of synergies
- Moderation: Cross-departmental comparisons of specifications
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, systems engineering, physics, aerospace or the like
- If possible, two to three years of professional experience in management consulting
- Professional experience in systematic product development, in system engineering of automotive processes or in process consulting
- Interest in innovation management, variant management and agile product development processes
- An open and communicative personality, fluent German and very good English skills

You investigate the complexity costs when using different methods for production control, taking into account the variant spectrum and the production volume. The complexity costs are generally causally related to the complexity of the product program and value-added processes. The focus of the work is the comparison between supermarket pull systems and a software-based push control based on PPS or APS systems. You will work out the exact content concept together with our consultants. The diploma thesis is carried out in cooperation with industrial companies.
